Returns Instructions
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any
problems or questions, please contact our Customer Care team, who will do everything possible to assist you.
Please follow the directions below to ensure your return can be properly
processed.
Steps to Return a Product:
1.You'll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please contact the UGOBE Customer Support Department by completing the form
on this page, or calling 1-877-846-2353. Returns received with invalid,
expired, or no Return Authorization number on the label will be refused and
returned to you. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days.
2. UGOBE will send you a RMA confirmation and authorization email with your
RMA number and shipping instructions.
3. Please follow the shipping instructions and keep these guidelines in
mind:
- Important: Please enclose a copy of Purchase Receipt and RMA email from
UGOBE Support.
PLEASE MARK THE OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE WITH THE RMA NUMBER. - All return shipping charges must be prepaid by purchaser. We cannot accept any C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, it is recommended that you ship the Pleo unit back to UGOBE using a shipping service like UPS or Fed-Ex that can provide you with a tracking number in the event the product gets lost in transit. If you are using U.S. mail, please send by certified mail.
4. Once your returned product is received by UGOBE, the UGOBE service team
will then communicate to you via email our findings and next steps.
UGOBE.COM Online Store Return Policy: Pleo units purchased at UGOBE.com may
be returned for exchange, credit, or refund within thirty (30) days of
purchase. Merchandise must be returned in like-new condition with the
original packaging materials (including, but not limited to, the barcode/UPC
label), accessories, and Companion Guide. Otherwise, your product may not be
eligible for return or its return may be subject to a refurbishing fee.
Credit card refunds may be made ONLY to the same card used for the original
purchase.
